About Wade

A native of the Quad-Cities and a father of three, Wade currently lives in the far northwest Chicago suburbs. He has been building a solo career as a talented musician since attending Augustana College as a music performance major in the late 1980's.  Wade Frazier Music intends to capture the diversity and love of music that has made Wade into the musician he is today.  Influenced by classical music, jazz, the sounds of 70s country, 70s/80s rock and metal, Wade aspires to perform music that speaks to fans across the musical spectrum. Performances showcase Wade's musical diversity covering anything from the 1940s jazz standard "Route 66" to AC/DC to past and present pop/rock favorites and country hits. His signature style is his free form improvisational style, diversity, and "No Boundaries" approach to selecting repertoire.   Wade is also music director for weekend worship at his local church. In addition to solo performances, Wade keeps himself musically sharp by playing in musical theatre.  He has been a pit musician for "Little Shop of Horrors", "Loserville: The Musical", "Love's Labour's Lost", "The Addams Family Musical", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", and "Oklahoma!".  In addition, Wade will be performing in the pit orchestras for "Matilda" and "Grease" in July 2019.  Book Wade now for your occasion!
